Job Summary

Lead the development of new subsea production systems and technologies, from capturing customer requirements through conceptual design, detailed engineering, testing, and qualification to customer approval and delivery. Own schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder/change management while leading globally distributed teams. Create engineering deliverables, ensure DFMA-aligned designs, provide peer reviews, and mentor engineers and designers. Drive innovation with patents and Freedom to Operate analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop Subsea XT technologies that meet customer needs by engineering new and proven technologies and solutions.
•Generate engineering deliverables including new designs, detailed drawings, stack-up drawings, bills of materials, calculations, and qualification and system integration testing.
•Complete scopes within agreed timelines and budgets by managing plans, risks, resources, and stakeholder/change management.
•Lead global teams and collaborate across business functions with strong understanding of DFMA principles.
•Provide technical guidance and peer reviews, coaching and mentoring engineers and designers, and pursue new patents and Freedom to Operate analysis while tracking market trends.

Key Requirements

•Proven design engineering experience for subsea production systems, including 3D models and detailed drawings using CAD.
•Deep knowledge of GD&T and Design for Manufacture (DFMA) principles.
•Experience using CAD tools CREO (Pro-E) and TeamCenter/PLM engineering packages.
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle conflict while coordinating several projects simultaneously.
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering (preferably Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum), with willingness for continued personal development.
