•Develop, monitor and review individual learning targets while tracking progress against agreed outcomes.
•Create communication-friendly learning environments using visual supports, structured teaching strategies, and assistive technology.
•Collaborate with parents, carers, therapists, and external professionals to ensure consistency between home and school.

•Holds a recognised teaching qualification and relevant degree.
•Has experience teaching secondary-aged students with additional learning needs.
