Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product by sharing objections, hiring trends, and messaging feedback, while maintaining accurate CRM pipeline data.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify companies actively hiring for roles Wing can service and research their hiring needs and fit.
•Reach out to prospective customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
•Run focused outbound campaigns based on hiring signals, job postings, company growth, and operational pain points.
•Hold early discovery conversations and book qualified appointments for Account Executives.
•Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in the CRM, and share market feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,200 - 2,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•1–4+ years in sales, business development, appointment setting, cold calling, recruiting, staffing, or a comparable outbound role.
•Proven background in sales prospecting, cold calling, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound outreach.
•Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to be clear and compelling.
•Comfort reaching out to companies that may not have considered remote assistants, virtual assistants, or offshore talent.
•Strong research skills to turn hiring signals into relevant outbound messaging.
