Key Responsibilities

•Inspect, diagnose, and repair vehicles to CarMax’s quality and safety standards.
•Collaborate with a skilled team to solve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
•Recondition vehicles across multiple systems, including engines, brakes, steering, and suspension.
•Uphold CarMax’s commitment to customer satisfaction and trust.
•Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and keep the work area clean and orderly.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 36.85 - 47.68 hourly

Key Requirements

•Experience in engine repair and systems including steering and suspension, brakes, and HVAC (as required by the role).
•Strong understanding of health and safety compliance.
•Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
•Skilled at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
•Valid driver’s license; where required by State/Local law, maintain ASE certifications (A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8).
