Key Responsibilities

  • •Write and debug reliability test programs for HBM device and package qualification, ensuring full test coverage and addressing issues.
  • •Develop and extend reliability test flows for intrinsic and extrinsic assessments to meet quality, cost, and cycle time KPIs.
  • •Use in-house statistical tools for data analysis to support validation and risk assessment.
  • •Define interface hardware specifications and validate/debug new interface boards for product compatibility.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (Fab, HBM technology development/design, system development, and quality/reliability), and mentor others while promoting continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelors/Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • •Strong coding/programming skills in Python and C++.
  • •Proven experience in reliability engineering or a related role.
  • •Basic understanding of CMOS technology and DRAM device physics/design, with attention to detail.
  • •Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools (including scripting) and familiarity with testing/verification approaches.
