MCV HR Manager

Lead the Human Resources function for the MCV Cargo Business Unit in the UAE, delivering HR services across the employee lifecycle. Drive workforce planning and end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding and induction, and manage employee relations and disciplinary processes. Oversee performance management, employee engagement, payroll and benefits administration, and ensure HR compliance with UAE labor legislation and Company policies.
