Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the view of engineering priorities across Cloud Infrastructure, tracking what each team commits to, what’s moving, and where plan vs. reality diverge.
  • •Coordinate and unblock teams on major initiatives across compute, storage, networking, and Crusoe Managed Kubernetes, driving dependencies to resolution.
  • •Run the Cloud Infrastructure staff meeting and partner on planning cycles so priorities are pre-negotiated and decisions are made, not just reported.
  • •Create recurring leadership updates and executive readouts on Cloud Infrastructure execution health.
  • •Drive adoption of Jira/Confluence systems of record (structure, access, hygiene, automation) and develop execution-health dashboards leaders can read at a glance.
