Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, inspect, test, adjust, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and remove natural gas measurement, control, and regulation equipment.
  • •Detect measurement error, correct volumes, ensure corrections are applied, and monitor gas volumes and qualities.
  • •Interpret and apply electrical and electronic schematics for electronic flow measurement and measurement electronics.
  • •Oversee construction and/or maintenance activities performed by third parties and perform audits of custody transfer and control data when necessary.
  • •Identify and report unsafe conditions, participate in safety programs, complete documentation/record keeping, and respond to call-outs including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalency required.
  • •Associates degree in a technical field and/or at least 3 years equivalent work experience.
  • •Working knowledge of the National Electric Codes and experience with electronic test instruments.
  • •Knowledge of natural gas and liquid chromatography, and of safe handling practices for flammable gases, liquids, and high pressure systems.
  • •Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license that meets company insurability requirements (may be required to obtain/maintain a commercial driver’s license).
