Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the successful sale of multi-product solutions and onboard large enterprise customers with initial use cases.
  • •Retain and grow existing revenue through strategic account management and support first-set-of-use cases.
  • •Generate new pipeline via cross-sell and up-sell motions, driving consistent pipeline generation through outbound SDR-led campaigns.
  • •Participate in and lead client meetings and collaborate with AEs and cross-functional partners to land complex deals and engage C-suite stakeholders.
  • •Run daily/weekly/monthly operating cadence, mentor and develop the sales team, and manage recruiting, hiring, and training while forecasting to senior sales management.

  • •Experience hiring senior/enterprise-level account executives and managing performance.
  • •Ability to navigate complex organizations and plan/execute EBRs.
