Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the renewal process with existing clients, including developing the renewal strategy, negotiating the product, rates and benefits mix.
  • •Develop reporting strategies and presentation materials that thoroughly represent services and value proposition to the client.
  • •Serve as a spokesperson for all departments of the company as needed to position most effectively to retain business, expand product offerings and/or create additional business opportunities.
  • •Strengthen the organization’s relationship with clients by developing and executing proactive, creative and ongoing contact initiatives.
  • •Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
