Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in training to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment and other equipment used in commercial food service or laundry operations.
  • •Develop your territory by jointly selling alongside distributor representatives.
  • •Deliver exceptional service focused on customer retention and superior customer service.
  • •Provide field-based coverage that includes alternating on-call coverage, with potential occasional weekends, holidays, and night calls.
  • •Follow a work schedule that may include 12-hour shifts, a 5-day work week, occasional weekends, night shifts, and occasional overtime.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (college diploma or higher education is an asset).
  • •Located in or willing to self-relocate to Montréal, Trois-Rivières, or the South Shore (Rive-Sud); relocation support is not available.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a suitable vehicle for business travel (compensated for business-related mileage).
  • •Bilingual verbal French/English and English written; ability to conduct business in English with head office, customers, and suppliers.
  • •Moderate working knowledge of tools and service needs; proficiency using laptop/mobile technology (Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel).
