Analytical Chemistry Manager

Define and lead a global analytical quality framework for active ingredients and formulations, covering internal manufacturing and externally tolled production. Provide governance for analytical standards, method lifecycle, laboratory capability, and analytical support for toll manufacturing, with strong operational focus on APAC. Take early leadership in setting up the new Schaffhausen analytical laboratory, drive analytical method and technology improvements, and serve as escalation point for complex analytical quality issues while leading and developing quality teams.
