Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to memory design validation for custom memory macros and memory compilers
  • •Perform functional verification, identify root causes of design discrepancies, and help resolve them
  • •Conduct signal integrity analysis and propose solutions to address design weaknesses
  • •Run transistor-level simulations to check for power-up/lock-up issues and validate timing and internal margins
