Lead and grow Automation & Controls engagements for Refining and Chemicals in the Americas. Key Responsibilities

•Directs and guides project growth, development and delivery performance within the Refining and Chemicals sector, ensuring integrity, safety, quality and performance excellence.
•Collaborates with functional managers and project managers to ensure staffing, influences strategic hiring, and develops business plans to support growth in line with Wood’s strategy.
•Maintains and maximizes long-term customer relationships and commercial returns, while consulting on challenges impacting customer service and performance.
•Reports to the Business Manager of Refining and Chemical in Systems Integration and is accountable for Automation and Controls business growth and delivery in Refining and Chemicals in the Americas.
•Engages with clients on project execution, FEED phases, implementation, testing, and commissioning of automation projects to deliver value.

Key Requirements

•University degree (bachelors or masters) in a relevant discipline or equivalent qualifications and experience.
