Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant projects.
  • •Analyze and track critical milestones to prevent schedule slippage, and ensure project governance and processes are followed.
  • •Produce formal project status reports and required reporting while monitoring multiple construction projects to apply approved design standards.
  • •Manage interfaces between suppliers using monthly trackers and weekly reviews; coordinate project information flow via regular meetings and written communications.
  • •Forecast and update key project milestones and budget; support technical review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs, including cost control/value engineering/constructability guidance where required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience and mechanical or MEP engineering experience spanning both design and site exposure.
  • •Project Management (or PMP) experience in an engineering or construction context.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Procore (and construction project management tools).
  • •Strong organizational/management, communication, and presentation skills.
