Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned shifts, including warehouse (and light-prep kitchen where applicable) processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
  • •Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to prevent loss or theft.
  • •Delight customers by ensuring accurate order execution, communicating when issues arise, and supporting smooth Dasher pickups.
  • •Lead operations associates during shifts, ensuring safe and productive work and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations.
  • •Support both warehouse and kitchen day-to-day tasks, lead by example, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Motivated and experienced in fast-paced, physical warehouse, retail, and/or food and beverage environments.
  • •Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs., and operate a pallet jack and hand truck.
  • •Ability and desire to obtain and maintain a food handling certificate (DoorDash provides training).
  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent (college diploma preferred but not required).
  • •Organized and proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets, with schedule flexibility across shifts.
