Manage a team in European Corporate Trust for CLO analytics, setting performance goals, coaching, and hiring/training staff. Deliver ongoing transaction outputs including financial models, waterfalls, and investor reports, while coordinating with Technology, Legal, Compliance, Trustee, Deal Administration, Relationship Management, and Sales. Serve as an expert resource for complex problem solving and develop partnerships to improve processes, efficiency, and client service in line with U.S. Bank standards.
