Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that power intelligent products. Own end-to-end AI system architecture—from data ingestion and ML pipelines to monitoring—while ensuring performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Develop and fine-tune deep learning and ML models (including LLMs, NLP, and computer vision), optimize for accuracy/speed/cost, and evaluate results through experiments. Partner with engineering, product, and data teams and deliver production AI services via APIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Design end-to-end AI/ML system architecture from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
•Define scalable, reliable ML pipelines and select tools, frameworks, and infrastructure.
•Design APIs and AI services for integration with products and platforms.
•Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models, including LLMs, NLP, and computer vision.
•Optimize models for accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency and evaluate model performance through experiments.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in AI/Machine Learning development.
•Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
•Experience with LLMs, NLP, or Generative AI is highly preferred.
•Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
•Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Airflow, or similar.
