Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of processing and quality checking for dealing transactions through internal systems to regulatory and client standards.
  • •Oversee day-to-day document management to ensure investor instructions are scanned and entered into the workflow system accurately and timely.
  • •Investigate and resolve enquiries and exceptions by coordinating with internal departments, other banks, and brokerage firms.
  • •Prepare financial reports in conformity with professional and regulatory requirements and ensure procedures are followed daily.
  • •Organize team work by distributing workflow, assigning tasks, setting short-term priorities, monitoring completion, and supporting coaching, performance management, and career development.

Key Requirements

  • •College or University degree and/or relevant work experience is required.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills to work with internal and external counterparties confidently.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve enquiries and exceptions.
  • •Leadership and organizational skills to prioritize assignments, provide feedback, and manage deadlines with escalation when necessary.
  • •Supervisory experience is desirable.
