Key Responsibilities

  • •Support technical sales, customer engagements, demonstrations, and capture activities for Hivemind across the Americas region.
  • •Translate customer mission needs into credible, technically feasible solutions and requirements.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to support demos, technical interchange meetings, RFIs, RFPs, white papers, and customer-specific solution development.
  • •Explain complex autonomy, mission software, and simulation-based technical concepts comfortably to customer audiences.
  • •Represent product capabilities and limitations accurately, and feed customer insights back to product and engineering teams.

Salary: USD 180,000 - 270,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in solutions engineering, field applications engineering, systems engineering, technical sales, autonomy/robotics/simulation, defense software, or similar technical customer-facing roles.
  • •Strong technical foundation in autonomy, AI-enabled systems, mission software, and simulation environments for complex defense technology systems.
  • •Experience supporting customer-facing technical engagements including demos, technical briefings, proposal support, integration discussions, or technical interchange meetings.
  • •Hands-on experience with Department of War simulation systems and/or live-virtual-constructive, synthetic training environments, synthetic data generation, image-generation systems, and simulation-based test and evaluation.
  • •Ability to translate customer mission needs into technically feasible solution concepts, requirements, demos, and product feedback; strong communication skills for technical and leadership audiences.
