Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and execute People & Culture strategy for Retail in Europe and Australia, including talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • •Partner with retail leaders, store managers, and employees to strengthen engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
  • •Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform HR solutions, programs, and policies.
  • •Serve as a trusted HR advisor on employee matters, including performance management, employee relations, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • •Lead HR people-related aspects of new store openings (NSOs) and coordinate cross-functionally to support successful store openings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • •5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting retail field/fleet organizations.
  • •Multi-country European HR experience with knowledge of employment legislation and best practices (UK, France, Germany preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of core HR disciplines including talent management, employee relations, diversity, and performance management.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors.
