Job Summary

Serve as the primary strategic People partner for the Pune office, bridging global People strategy and local execution across R&D, GTM, and G&A. Lead end-to-end employee relations (grievances, disciplinaries, investigations) while ensuring compliance with India labor laws. Coach local managers and directors to build executive maturity, eliminate silos, and drive scalable, process-driven people programs aligned to business ROI. Work from the Pune office 3 days per week (hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary strategic People partner for the Pune office, aligning performance management, compensation reviews, and org design with business ROI and regional scale.
•Coach local manager and Director cohorts, identifying leadership capability gaps and building executive presence and autonomous decision-making in junior managers.
•Break down silos across R&D, GTM, and G&A, supporting “One Addepar” collaboration with Global PBPs across time zones.
•Manage end-to-end employee relations, including grievances, disciplinaries, and investigations, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with India labor laws.
•Translate top-down global people initiatives into the APAC region with high cultural adoption while upholding global standards.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of progressive experience in a People Business Partner role in a high-growth, globally matrixed B2B SaaS, FinTech, or WealthTech environment.
•Connect talent initiatives to ARR, product delivery, and Go-To-Market execution with strong commercial acumen.
•Expertise in India employment law and compliance, with a track record handling sensitive employee relations matters with empathy and legal rigor.
•Comfort being the senior People presence, influencing without authority, and pushing back on senior leaders.
•Experience with Workday as an HR system (highly preferred).
