Job Summary

Serve as the overall Program Manager and primary point of contact for contractor activities supporting Assessment & Authorization (A&A) task orders. Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight, managing multiple projects and task orders while coordinating A&A workstreams and subcontractor efforts. Lead geographically dispersed teams, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of contractual objectives through proactive communication and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the overall Program Manager and primary point of contact for all A&A activities on the task order.
•Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for program operations to ensure successful execution of contractual objectives.
•Lead large, complex programs and direct multiple concurrent projects while aligning to customer priorities and mission objectives.
•Manage program risks, interdependencies, schedules, budgets, staffing, and overall program performance; coordinate integration among A&A work units, subcontractors, and supporting contractors.
•Lead, mentor, and supervise program personnel across geographically dispersed teams, providing consistent communication and executive-level reporting to Government stakeholders.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical discipline (equivalent education and experience may be considered).
•Minimum 15 years of progressively responsible program management experience supporting large, complex federal IT or cybersecurity programs.
•Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and task orders, including budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables in a federal environment.
•Proven experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams across multiple customer and contractor locations.
•Strong understanding of Assessment & Authorization (A&A), Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST security standards, and federal cybersecurity compliance requirements.
