Key Responsibilities

•Manage, update, and deploy COTS/GOTS tools including ClearCase and ClearQuest within enterprise IT environments.
•Develop and implement requirements repositories and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure traceability.
•Utilize JIRA and other project management/tracking tools to monitor progress and deliverables.
•Provide scripting support to automate CM processes (Perl, Bash, Python).
•Collaborate with security and engineering teams to uphold DoD compliance and security requirements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 187,000 - 253,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Configuration Management (CM) expertise with IBM Rational ClearCase and IBM Rational ClearQuest.
•Strong knowledge of developing/implementing requirements repositories and using JIRA for project management/tracking.
•Scripting proficiency (Perl, Bash, Sh, Csh, Windows batch, Python).
•Experience in installing/operating/administering and upgrading ClearCase and ClearQuest tools.
•US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph in a DoD environment.
