Chef de Rang (EU work eligible)

Deliver 5-star guest service by independently managing a station in a high-volume luxury hotel environment. Advise guests on food and drink selections, maintain equipment and mise-en-place standards, and support service quality through team training and shift structuring. Participate in inventories and run regular training to keep standards consistent across the Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga team.
