Serve as a technical application expert for cheese packaging customers across EMEA, translating customer manufacturing needs into practical, scalable flexible packaging solutions. Partner with Sales, R&D, Product Management, and Field Technical Service to optimize products, troubleshoot complex issues, run trials and qualifications, and evaluate line performance and shelf life. Gather customer and market insights to identify portfolio gaps and innovation opportunities while building strong internal application capabilities.

•Act as a technical expert for cheese packaging applications at customer manufacturing sites across EMEA
•Support customers with product selection, application optimization, and commercialization of products
•Collaborate with R&D and Product Management on product enhancements and new developments
•Work with Sales and Field Technical Service to solve complex application issues
•Lead product qualifications, trials, and scale-ups; conduct packaging line, shelf-life, and performance evaluations

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within flexible packaging in Dairy
•Strong understanding of packaging materials and customer manufacturing processes
•Ability to assess customer needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
•Solid project management, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
•Willingness to travel more than 50%
