Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide onsite presence and support during high-profile client visits and events.
  • •Ensure AV systems (multiple display screens, audio, video) function properly and troubleshoot live technical issues during working hours.
  • •Oversee and maintain IT systems that power the AV setup, ensuring connectivity and integration between AV and IT systems.
  • •Coordinate AV/IT integration with internal IT teams, the AVI-SPL help desk, external suppliers, and technicians; support service contract activities with the Service Delivery Manager.
  • •Set up and manage small-scale productions and virtual events, operating cameras, configuring audio/video/lighting, and running multi-camera streaming/mixing (e.g., vMix).
