Key Responsibilities

  • •Paint vehicles using base coats, tri-coats, solids, metallics, and clear coats.
  • •Blend adjacent panels and ensure accurate paint application.
  • •Perform paint correcting on vehicles as needed.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
  • •Work Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:00pm with possible overtime/weekend availability and mandatory overtime based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of professional automotive painting experience.
  • •Highly skilled in painting base coats, tri-coats, solids, metallics, and clear coats.

  • •Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license (may be subject to an MVR check).
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and work in a fast-paced production environment using required safety equipment.
