Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead initiatives across Visa’s Technology and Product groups, managing end-to-end programs aligned to strategic business objectives.
  • •Manage program performance, oversight, and compliance with management and information security policies.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional delivery of non-standard HW/SW work across technical SMEs in multiple technology domains.
  • •Own project scope and change control, create estimates, manage budgets vs. actual spend, and maintain schedules while mitigating risks to milestones and deliverables.
  • •Drive clear meetings and decision-making, communicate program status and escalations to senior leadership, and collaborate with virtual teams across time zones and cultures.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of technical program management experience supporting infrastructure (HW/SW) design, development, and deployment.
  • •Proven leadership delivering high-availability, high-volume service platforms and applying lean/agile methodologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS (with an advanced technical degree).
  • •Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP, Lean, Kanban).
  • •Demonstrated communication and leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring teams.
