Job Summary

Support daily operations at a cotton gin in Frederick from September 1, 2026 through July 1, 2027. You’ll perform general labor, load and unload agricultural inputs, operate equipment such as loaders and forklifts, monitor load-out and automated scale/dump systems, and maintain inventory quality. Keep work areas clean and safe, complete required maintenance and recordkeeping, and report customer issues and safety concerns to your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

•Carry out general labor duties to support cotton gin operations.
•Prepare trucks for loading/unloading and load/unload agricultural inputs using machinery and equipment.
•Control and monitor load-out functions, including automated scale/dump systems.
•Perform routine maintenance and inspections; properly record daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
•Maintain inventory quality, keep work areas clean and safe, and promptly report customer complaints, maintenance needs, and safety concerns.
