Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with your team and other engineers to design, plan, develop, refactor, test, deliver and maintain complex features across desktop applications, components, and cloud services
•Work closely with product owners, experience designers, and product management teams to review and implement proposed designs
•Prototype, implement, and maintain production-grade software and components
•Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and system stability
•Mentor and coach junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and elevate the technical proficiency of the team

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or higher in software engineering or equivalent
•5+ years of working experience in large-scale software development with the successful completion of two or more commercial software development cycles
•Sophisticated programming skills with C++ and rich experience using Visual Studio toolsets
•Demonstrated proficiency in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD)
•Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and system analysis
