Principal Mechanical Engineer

Interpret internal and external business challenges in mechanical engineering and recommend best practices. Independently solve complex mechanical design problems across conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering, producing calculations, analyses, design reports, and procedures. Coordinate interfaces across disciplines, manage changes, and support bid estimates. When acting as Lead Engineer, direct mechanical engineering teams, oversee discipline execution, and represent the discipline during customer and agency meetings.
