Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and own the voice of the customer program (methodology, cadence, governance) and create reporting to surface sentiment, advocates, and customer risk.
  • •Own the Customer Advisory council end to end, leading in-person and virtual sessions and synthesizing feedback into actionable recommendations.
  • •Build and maintain a library of customer stories, partnering with marketing teams to ensure stories are used across the buyer journey.
  • •Conduct customer research (interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, persona validation) to inform positioning, product roadmap, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.
  • •Implement social listening practices to monitor brand conversations, emerging customer themes, and competitive signals across digital channels.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a closely related field, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • •Proven track record building or managing customer advocacy programs, customer advisory boards, or voice of customer initiatives.
  • •Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative customer research and translating findings into strategic recommendations.
  • •Excellent relationship-building skills, comfortable with C-suite customers and cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Bachelors degree required; post-graduate degree is a bonus.
