Controller-Plant

Lead financial operations for the Pueblo manufacturing plant, driving strong controls, accurate reporting, and effective planning. Partner with plant leadership to manage budgeting, quarterly forecasting, cost accounting, inventory controls, and variance analysis. Own month-end closing and deliver timely financial analysis and dashboards to support operational excellence, productivity, and informed site decision-making. Support capital planning and supervise plant finance staff, as applicable.
