Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume responsibility for the effective implementation of the overall Asset Protection program for the Williamsburg boutique within the respective market.
  • •Conduct physical security/asset protection trainings (e.g., Active Shooter, Armed Robbery, Alarm Response, Safety Compliance & Policy/Procedures).
  • •Run and oversee fire safety activities, including egress safety, ERP plan review, and emergency evacuation drills; inspect fire safety equipment and logs.
  • •Investigation of losses based on theft, cycle counts, inventory, and transportation; maintain highly organized AP documentation.
  • •Manage vendor guards and scheduling, supervise AP supervisors and specialists, and conduct security assessments using the AP Checklist; coordinate with local law enforcement for potential external threats.
