Key Responsibilities

  • •Make business functions AI native by redesigning how teams work with AI, orchestrating AI-powered ways of working with human judgment.
  • •Partner with functional leaders to identify, prioritize, and frame high-impact AI transformation opportunities and shape the AI roadmap.
  • •Lead solutions end-to-end from discovery through design, build, deployment, adoption, and improvement.
  • •Design, build, test, and continuously improve reliable AI agents, agentic workflows, automations, and integrations using LLMs, orchestration platforms, APIs, and enterprise data sources.

  • •3+ years hands-on AI and automation experience, delivering complex solutions across business operations, functional transformation, systems integration, or related work.
  • •Redesign workflows or operating models, not just automate isolated tasks.
  • •Independently lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from an ambiguous problem to measurable business impact.
  • •Strong automation capability with tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or comparable orchestration technologies.
