Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Product, Servicing, Sales, Fraud, Marketing, and UX teams to understand use cases and segmentation needs, translating data needs into user stories.
  • •Develop and execute the CDP implementation strategy aligned to product and customer success goals, including onboarding data sources and evolving identity resolution models.
  • •Build and run queries for segmentation and self-serve solutions, and act as the CDP subject matter expert to create accurate user stories for business and data teams.
  • •Own the product end-to-end by developing business models, defining and analyzing success metrics, and managing strategic projects and trade-offs.
  • •Lead 1–2 scrum teams, measure results using qualitative and quantitative data, and lead the CDP squad toward valuable, viable, usable, and feasible outcomes while presenting to senior stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 146,575 - 229,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and 7+ years as a Product Manager, including 4+ years managing Customer Data Platforms.
  • •Familiarity with CDP and identity resolution technologies including Graph and Cassandra, ADLS (especially Iceberg), Snowflake, Kafka, Flink, ElasticSearch, Rosette Name Indexer (or equivalent), and GraphQL.
  • •4+ years on a CDP, Reverse ETL, Data Warehouse, or Integration-as-a-Service product.
  • •Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an iterative development environment, with fluency in concepts like unique identifiers, APIs, and ETL.
