Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Design, administer, maintain and support the availability, performance and security of the network systems (SDWAN, Cloud Networking, routers, wireless, firewalls, switches, load balancers, VPN, QoS, MPLS)
•Monitor network performance and test for weaknesses to ensure reliable operation
•Maintain VoIP telephony systems and capacity planning for WAN/LAN infrastructure
•Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including patches and hotfixes
•Provide Level-2/3 support and liaise with vendors for problem resolution

Key Requirements

•4+ years of hands-on experience in a network administrator role.
•Hands on experience in networking, SDWAN, routing, switching, VoIP, wireless
•Hands on experience configuring Ubiquiti routers using CLI
•Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
•Ability to configure network infrastructure with IaC such as Terraform and manage cloud networking (AWS)
