Assistant Nurse

Provide individualized nursing care to patients and support their families, delivering evidence-based clinical interventions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Assess patient health status (vital signs, skin assessment, fall risk), participate in care planning, and help ensure patient safety through adherence to clinical practice guidelines, pathways, and facility policies. Maintain medical store monitoring and accurate documentation, supporting continuity of care and effective communication.
