Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and supervise all on-site civil and structural construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
•Coordinate daily site activities with EPC contractors, subcontractors, and other discipline teams to ensure seamless execution.
•Monitor contractor performance, progress, and safety, and report deviations, risks, and mitigation plans to the PMC Construction Manager.
•Ensure implementation of quality controls, including inspections, test plans, and adherence to international standards.
•Maintain accurate site records, prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, and contribute to as-built documentation and final handover dossiers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
•Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction with at least 5–7 years in a PMC or consultant role
•Proven experience on onshore oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or large industrial projects
•Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction practices
•Familiarity with international codes and standards (ACI, BS, ASTM, Eurocodes, etc.) and project scheduling tools
