Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a robust CAPA program is in place, including non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis, and completion of corrective and preventive actions.
  • •Manage key quality processes including internal audits, change control, supplier quality management, non-conforming materials, and CAPA.
  • •Take accountability that manufactured and sourced products meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards.
  • •Investigate quality issues, undesirable trends, and unplanned events; perform root cause analysis and implement lasting solutions with measurable follow-through.
  • •Ensure GMP compliance and develop/improve quality procedures, documentation, and training; coach/mentor junior quality engineers and lead during the absence of the Quality Operations Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Engineering Sciences (Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or related) required.
  • •1 to 2 years of Quality Assurance experience or equivalent technical experience in an industrial manufacturing firm.
  • •Knowledge of quality analysis tools such as SPC, PFMEA, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing, and Acceptance Sampling.
  • •Experience with ISO standards, internal audit, CAPA, risk management, and SPC.
  • •Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Minitab; ability to learn QMS/SPC tools such as Trackwise and Master Control.
