Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, grow, and protect deep, trusted relationships with Commercial Banking clients
  • •Gain early exposure to clients’ businesses, goals, and how HSBC solutions support success
  • •Act as the link between HSBC and clients by developing deep client understanding
  • •Partner with specialist teams across the bank to deliver tailored financial solutions
  • •Create client presentations and reports, support strategic reviews and pitches, and conduct financial analysis and risk assessments

Key Requirements

  • •Available to work full time from July 2027 onwards
  • •Recent graduate with less than 2 years of full-time job experience (or graduating by July 2027)
  • •Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage
  • •Have obtained, or expect to achieve, a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 or 3.2/4.0 (or equivalent)
  • •Strong interest in building connections and helping clients succeed, with curiosity and drive
