Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders from hub/warehouse, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
  • •Support the sales team by retrieving stock in a timely manner, including omnichannel and stock pullback.
  • •Maintain a tidy back-of-house area compliant with Retail Operations and Standards.
  • •Perform quality control on all products and report any issues to the store lead.
  • •Support aftersales processes, including alterations, repairs, and personalisation, to elevate the client experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
  • •Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
  • •Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
  • •Ability to work well in a team, including in a busy team environment.
