Job Summary

Own in-country industrial liaison for transfer of production (TOP) work packages, serving as the primary interface between local key industrial partners and the regional Technology Transfer team. Coordinate weekly updates, chair technical reviews, and conduct on-site oversight at KIP facilities to monitor production readiness and quality. Manage risks and supplier performance tracking (including ERP-based monitoring) and support acceptance, demonstration, and training activities to ensure on-time, compliant execution of TOP obligations in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary in-country interface between PT Thales Indonesia, the local Key Industrial Partner (KIP), and the Thales Technology Transfer Manager for TOP-related activities.
•Coordinate stakeholder communications (weekly written updates, bi-weekly progress reports), chair meetings, and lead technical reviews with local partners and end users.
•Spend three days per week on-site at KIP sites to support production preparations and conduct regular facility visits to monitor progress and resolve issues.
•Work with the Technology Transfer Manager to proactively identify, assess, and manage programme risks and maintain a live risk register and action tracker.
•Monitor and report KIP/supplier performance, support acceptance activities (FAT and end-user events), and assist with technical training delivery to partner personnel.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Defence Studies, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Test Engineering, or related discipline (B.E. / B.Tech preferred).
•Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in industrial management, production coordination, or related defence roles.
•Mandatory knowledge of business and manufacturing systems (ERP, TQM, Quality Control, etc.) and supplier performance management.
•Hands-on experience in production safety, product test, and process engineering protocols.
•Strong understanding of Transfer of Technology (ToT) / Transfer of Production (TOP) programme requirements and offset obligations.
