Job Summary

Deliver fiduciary advisory services for high-net-worth clients and beneficiaries as part of the Key Private Bank relationship management team. Lead fiduciary advice and client experience execution by reviewing estate planning documents, interpreting legal instruments, and coordinating estate, tax, and philanthropic planning options. Partner with external attorneys and accountants, identify trust and tax risks, support onboarding, and deepen client relationships while adhering to fiduciary policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of fiduciary advice as part of client servicing and execution of client experience.
•Review and monitor estate planning documents to fit clients’ current circumstances, and interpret legal instruments to provide estate, tax, and financial planning alternatives.
•Facilitate estate, tax, and philanthropic planning, including when Key serves as trustee or not; identify trust and estate tax issues and work with clients and external advisors to resolve them.
•Collaborate with external client advisors (attorneys, accountants, etc.) and fiduciary partners to support administration and expertise.
•Manage fiduciary risk and adhere to internal policies, regulatory and legal requirements while retaining and deepening client relationships, including next-generation planning.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of client advisory experience to ultra-affluent business owners; tax or legal services related to trust and fiduciary matters, including trust administration or fiduciary advisory services, or equivalent experience (required).
•Demonstrated fiduciary experience (required).
•Experience working with high-net-worth clients (required).
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
•CPA, LLM, CTFA, and/or CFP (preferred).
