Job Summary

Drive sales of assigned CNS products by engaging healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Develop deep product knowledge, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and educate customers to meet sales targets. Own territory coverage through regular field visits, support promotional activities such as conferences and CME sessions, and coordinate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns. Ensure all activities meet regulatory, ethical, and reporting requirements.

•Promote and sell assigned products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and key decision-makers, achieving sales targets.
•Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide product training and educational support to HCPs and relevant partners.
•Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and support go-to-market strategies.
•Participate in medical conferences, product launches, and promotional events, including organizing educational workshops and CME sessions.
•Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines, maintain accurate records, and submit regular sales and territory reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.
•1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role (preferred).
