Manage loan servicing operations for uni-tranche and syndications, processing complex transaction activity and preparing specialized direct/agented loan billings. •Process complex loan transactions including increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, and commitment reductions.
•Prepare and review loan documents/forms related to servicing activities.
•Prepare interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments.
•Process interest and commitment fees and investigate discrepancies as needed.
•Lead and develop the team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.

Key Requirements

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills with Microsoft Office applications.
