  • •Support development of the Planning and Design strategy to achieve organizational objectives.
  • •Develop and enforce design policies, processes, procedures, and controls.
  • •Prepare and support the Place, Planning and Design budget for delivery.
  • •Lead development and implementation of design guidelines across portfolio projects.
  • •Coordinate design processes and packages across multiple consultants to ensure alignment with the master plan, compliance, and approved targets.

Key Requirements
