Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Technology Development to align manufacturing roadmap requirements with the forward technology path.
  • •Partner with Technology Development and Manufacturing on supplier engagement to ensure resources meet Micron strategic objectives.
  • •Improve performance and enable customer qualification as new products are introduced with Manufacturing.
  • •Coordinate with corporate EHSS and site Process Hazard Analysis engineers to ensure process safety requirements are met.
  • •Develop and maintain models for unit process and module-level control/road mapping, supporting process and hardware optimization with peers.

Key Requirements

  • •Troubleshooting, experimental design, and data analysis experience in semiconductor process development/optimization.
  • •Experience with hardware used for semiconductor processing and semiconductor manufacturing, including DRY Etch.
  • •Understanding of process control, statistics for engineering, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • •Understanding of solid-state device physics and process integration, including NAND & DRAM integration.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
