Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the app hosting and deployment pipeline — the runtime that serves user applications in production.
  • •Manage and operate composable managed services for storage, logging, workflows, etc.
  • •Build and maintain custom domains infrastructure, ensuring reliable SSL provisioning and DNS management at scale.
  • •Drive vendor evaluation, onboarding, and migration as we decompose our platform to best-of-breed services.
  • •Establish operational excellence practices: monitoring, alerting, incident response, runbooks, and capacity planning across all managed services.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience building and operating distributed systems.
  • •Strong background in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure operations.
  • •Deep understanding of multitenant app hosting infrastructure, container orchestration, or edge runtimes.
  • •Vendor management experience: evaluating services, negotiating contracts, planning migrations, and holding vendors accountable for SLAs.
  • •Operational mindset: you think in uptime, latency percentiles, cost-per-request, and blast radius.
